Mathews Elementary School students participated in a mobile planetarium experience provided by the PTO through Mobile Ed Productions. Students spent approximately 45 minutes inside the traveling planetarium, where they learned about the solar system and the universe.
The experience served as a kickoff to the school’s science fair, which begins March 31, 2026, and also marked the end of the final nine weeks. The event provided students with a hands-on learning opportunity to connect classroom science concepts to real-world exploration.
