A third-grade student at Mathews Elementary School has been recognized in the 2026 Trumbull County Law Day Contest.
Students in the third-grade social studies classes participated in the contest by writing a paragraph explaining how rules help keep people safe and creating an accompanying illustration. Submissions were entered into the county-wide competition.
Adeline Trumbull earned second place among all third-grade entries across Trumbull County. She received a certificate and a $25 award from the Trumbull County Bar Association!
