More than 500 Mathews and Liberty students came together at Leopard Stadium for a special noon soccer match between the two schools on October 7.
The daytime match gave Mathews students an opportunity to watch their classmates compete in athletics. Since most athletic events take place in the evening, not all students have the opportunity to attend games and support their classmates.
On the field, the Mustangs came away with a 2-1 victory over Liberty!
